経歴

千葉県生まれ。

大学在学中から秘書兼翻訳者として勤務。

英会話学校で講師、主任講師を歴任。

大学院卒業後はアメリカのアラバマ州の自動車工場にて通訳翻訳者として勤務。

帰国後、製薬会社、損害保険会社、MLM企業にて通訳翻訳者を務める。社内通訳者歴15年。2020年からフリーランス通訳者、翻訳者として活動。

6歳から英語に触れており、通訳者という仕事を自分の天職であると信じている。

About me:

I was born in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. I started learning English when I was 6 years old. After a brief stint as secretary/translator, I taught English at a school called AEON as a teacher and then a head teacher. After graduating from Middlebury Institute of International Studies, I worked at Honda Manufacturing of Alabama for 6 years as interpreter/translator. I then moved back to Japan and worked in the pharmaceutical, insurance and direct selling industries as interpreter/translator. I started my freelance interpreter/translator career in 2020. This is my calling.
